SuperGrans Manawatu

Our Services

One on One

Our one on one mentoring service uses volunteer mentors
who go into the home (or sometimes a neutral space)
once a week and share their knowledge and skills.
Each session is goal based and tailored for individual
circumstances. This is hugely rewarding for everyone
involved.

Some of the skills we share include planning and
preparing healthy budget meals, sewing, knitting,
vegetable gardening, home management and
support of parenting skills. If you're not sure if the skill
you or your client want to learn is covered or if you want
to make a referral, contact us or download our referral form
here and return it to one2one@sgmanawatu.org.nz.

Workshops

Our small ratio cooking workshops teach low budget
healthy meals and are individually designed for groups
in the community. We can provide the venue or come
to your place. Each session concludes with a shared meal.

Our knitting, crochet and sewing workshops are run at
our premises. These have small numbers with all
equipment provided.

Booking is essential. Contact us to enquire or
keep up to date with workshops via our Facebook page.
