One on OneOur one on one mentoring service uses volunteer mentors who go into the home (or sometimes a neutral space) once a week and share their knowledge and skills. Each session is goal based and tailored for individual circumstances. This is hugely rewarding for everyone involved. Some of the skills we share include planning and preparing healthy budget meals, sewing, knitting, vegetable gardening, home management and support of parenting skills. | |
WorkshopsOur small ratio cooking workshops teach low budget healthy meals and are individually designed for groups in the community. We can provide the venue or come to your place. Each session concludes with a shared meal. Our knitting, crochet and sewing workshops are run at our premises. These have small numbers with all equipment provided.
Booking is essential. | |
